  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Measure out raw almonds, cinnamon, sugar, butter (or coconut oil), and salt. Melt the butter or coconut oil in a mixing bowl to make it easy to combine evenly with other ingredients, ensuring each almond will be coated perfectly.
  2. Mix the Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine ground cinnamon, sugar, and salt to create a fragrant and flavorful spice blend for the almonds.
  3. Coat the Almonds: Add the raw almonds to the melted butter or coconut oil and stir until every almond is evenly covered. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the almonds and toss carefully to ensure all nuts have a sticky, even coating.
  4. Air-Fry the Almonds: Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Spread the coated almonds in a single layer in the fryer basket without overlapping. Air-fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket every 3 minutes to toast almonds uniformly and prevent burning.
