Buffalo Chicken Topping

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

Cheese

  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Garnishes & Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling or dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Shred the cooked chicken and toss it thoroughly with the buffalo sauce until the chicken is evenly coated in a spicy, tangy layer.
  2. Preheat and prep flatbread: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Assemble the flatbread: Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the flatbread. Then sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Add blue cheese crumbles on top if using.
  4. Bake until bubbly: Bake the flatbread for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted fully and the edges of the flatbread are crisp and golden brown.
