Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 2 cups white grape juice, cold
  • 2 hibiscus tea bags
  • 3 cups hot water (for brewing tea)
  • 1 cup coconut milk, cold
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Sweetener to taste (optional: simple syrup, honey, or agave)
  • 1/4 cup cold brew coffee (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Brew the Hibiscus Tea
Steep the hibiscus tea bags in 3 cups of hot water for 5-7 minutes until the water turns deep, vibrant pink. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool completely.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Strawberry Base
In a blender or food processor, pulse the freeze-dried strawberries until crumbly but not powdered. Combine them with 2 cups of cold white grape juice and stir well to dissolve the strawberry pieces, creating a natural fruity base.
  3. Step 3: Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, mix the cooled hibiscus tea, strawberry and grape juice mixture, and 1 cup of cold coconut milk. Add your preferred amount of sweetener and optional cold brew coffee if using. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  4. Step 4: Chill and Serve
Fill glasses with plenty of ice cubes, pour the pink drink mixture over the ice, and stir gently to chill evenly. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.

Notes

  • Use quality freeze-dried strawberries for the best flavor and vibrant pink color without watering down the drink.
  • Chill the hibiscus tea thoroughly before mixing to prevent the ice from melting too quickly and diluting the drink.
  • Adjust the amount of coconut milk to make the drink creamier or lighter according to your preference.
  • Experiment with sweeteners like simple syrup or honey to suit your taste.
  • Make the hibiscus tea and strawberry base ahead of time to save preparation time on busy days.
