Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash and cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets. Pat them dry thoroughly to ensure the coating sticks well and to help the bites become crispy instead of soggy.
  2. Mix the Coating Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk or stir everything together to distribute the flavors evenly for a perfect crust.
  3. Bind the Bites: In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then roll it through the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture until fully coated. Place each coated floret on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced evenly.
